Damaged, lost, or missing items
Damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer packaging and item, retain all materials, and contact support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), contact support to initiate a trace with the carrier.
Delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, building security, and the carrier. Report issues within 48 hours of a “Delivered” scan so we can help investigate.
